After 5 years as a successful innovation consultancy with Agents of Innovation (AOI), we’ve decided to transform everything we’ve learned and taught about innovation into a new kind of SaaS platform that our clients can use to increase the level of real innovation in their organizations.
The InnoVista Platform
InnoVista has been designed to help organizations measure, analyze, and improve their innovation performance over time. It consists of three distinct but connected services: Innovation Measurement, Innovation Analysis, and Innovation Improvement.
The First Service: Innovation Measurement
The first InnoVista service we recently soft-launched is our Innovation Measurement tool, for which we successfully conducted a Private Beta with prominent European and US companies in Q1 2024. This tool employs a new way to measure innovation performance in the 10 essential innovation areas we've identified that drive innovation in companies. Using a unique Innovation Pulse Survey feature that leverages the collective intelligence of an organization's people and a real-time Innovation Dashboard for executives to review the results, InnoVista then develops actionable insights designed to improve an organization's innovation performance over time.
Next: Innovation Analysis and Innovation Improvement
Once our clients use our Innovation Measurement tool to assess their own innovation performance, InnoVista applies its Innovation Analysis expert frameworks that we've developed and field-tested with companies over the past 12 years. We codify the company's key innovation patterns and trends from quantitative and qualitative results, identify strength and weaknesses, and develop actionable insights to improve the company's innovation performance. Next, we create a customized Innovation Improvement plan for the company to improve in targeted innovation areas, launch the plan internally, and track innovation improvement over time.
